OK. OK. I am late with posting this due to issues on my site over the weekend but, Am I the only one who have Sassy Self pep talks? Believe what you want but, pep talks are highly beneficial! They are perfect for lack of energy, anxiety, drained focus, recognizing shade or ignorance, or accepting the reality of an unfortunate or scary situation.
