October Attitude of Gratitude Challenge recap.

Last month I dedicated some of my efforts to Emotional wellness month by hosting a 30 day challenge. Being a survivor of depression and suicidal thoughts taught me how to better manage my emotions when dealing with the pressures of life and coping with mental diversity. One way I achieved that was by journaling. It has proven to be an accountability tool and a way to be more positive. Here are the words I used to reflect on last month.
