3 ways to cope with stress during Covid-19.

We are living in traumatic times. Race wars, domestic terrorism, and the marthon to end racism, etc. Its important to stay grounded when uncertainty is relevant. Here are 3 ways to cope with stress during COVID.

✔️ Honor your feelings-  It's normal to feel sad, stressed, confused, scared, or angry. It becomes a struggle when emotions are bottled up and not addressed. Journaling or talking to people you trust can help. 

✔️ Maintain your wellness- Keep up a healthy lifestyle as best as you can with proper diet, adequate sleep and exercise. Social interaction with loved ones at home or online is important too.

✔️Seek professional help-  counselors, therapists and coaches are trained accountability partners for physical and mental health needs. They are out there waiting to support you. You don’t have to go through this alone. Below are some resources you might find useful.
