This takes place on a LIVE  social media platform.  Join me as I team up with survivors, respected individuals, Advocates, and healthcare professionals to discuss these topics.

Why:  to Inspire conversation, accountability, and healing.

single mother who battled depression and suicide. I aslo shared my coping tecniques with the intent to promote healing and bring awareness to the diversity of mental health.
